It seems quite silly to have to do this on a little blog like mine, but the FTC ruled that bloggers need to make disclosure statements OR ELSE.
This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For the most part, any products or services I mention or review in this blog have been paid for by me. In cases where I’ve been given a sample to review or something at a special discount or for free, it will be disclosed in the review (something I would've done whether or not this FTC policy existed). Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
My site search is from Google and the results page may contain Google AdSense ads.
I am an Amazon affiliate, so in the rare instance I remember to set something up as an affiliate link it's possible that I will get a percentage of any purchases made from that link. That said, to this date, I've never received enough affiliate compensation to receive any payment from Amazon.
I borrowed language from DisclosurePolicy.org to write this statement. To get your own policy, go to http://www.disclosurepolicy.org
